having the same problem as other people. when i try to run the script, it just says waiting for device, nothing happens. i followed the steps to get into bootloader. also, when i connect my phone in fastboot mode, it just says fastboot, not fastboot USB. something with the drivers maybe? (i have the normal drivers installed) using Windows 8.1 and north america HTC One X with Android 4.1.1. im getting the same problem with other rooting programs as well.
